Dr. Deepak P Kumar did his MD from TATA Memorial Hospital followed by 3 years of rigorous training as senior resident in the same institute. He worked as a associate consulatant and helped in setting the department of Radiation Oncology at Sir HN Reliance foundation hospital.

He was Selected for young scientist’s award session at Second European Society for Radiotherapy & Oncology (ESTRO ) forum April 2013, Geneva.

His area of interest consist of Chemo-radiation protocols in head and neck, breast, Gynaecological malignancies, Lymphomas and Pediatric tumors, Brachytherapy for Gynaecological malignancies and head and neck, high precision radiotherapy techniques like SRS/SBRT/VMAT and adaptive Radiotherapy and Gating for thoracic and GI malignancies.
