Dr Sandeep Talwar is a leading infertility specialist in the city with more than 21 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics & gynaecology. She has been practicing infertility & IVF for more than 16years.She was fortunate to work in Unit of IVF at Sir Ganga Ram hospital for 16yrs. This unit has more than 1000 babies to its credit. She has performed independent IVF procedures for more than 20yrs as well as advanced Endoscopy procedures.

She has been actively involved with teaching of DNB candidates & training of Fellows in Infertility & Reproductive Medicine.She has been appointed as an examiner & Inspector for Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine under National board of Examinations and has also gone as an Inspector for accreditation of hospital for FNB accreditation.After that she joined as head of deptt. IVF & Infertilty, B.L.K.Superspeciality hospital ,where she worked for 2 years.Subsequently she worked for one year at Bournhall Clinic,Gurgaon for one year. At present she is working as Clinical Director, Milann The Fertility Center ,Delhi India.

She has been actively involved in different academic activities in the department and also in the academic activities in form of meetings and workshops in various parts of the country. She established the deptt.of IVF & Infertility at B.L.K.Superspeciality hospital .At present she is handling all kinds of Infertilty & IVF cases along with Endoscopic surgery.There have been several CME’s which have been organized by the deptt.and also a National level meeting in Feb 2012 called”Fertility Solutions”.

The lVF lab at Nova is one of the best in the city with “The Embryoscope”. It is a breakthrough in IVF technology. It has a unique time lapse system which images embryo every 15 mts,observiong the embryo development very closely. This helps to select the best embryo for transfer.

There are genetic facilities also available :

  • Pre-implantation genetic screening in case of repeated IVF failures to select the best embryo for transfer.
  • ERA-Endometrial receptivity assay . A genetic test to see at what phase of menstrual cycle ,the embryo should be transferred to get best pregnancy rates in cases of repeated failures.
