Before starting up his own clinic at Vikas Puri, Delhi, Dr. Pankaj was associated with Apollo Hospital, New Delhi as a senior resident.

Dr. Pankaj is also a professional member of Indian Medical Association, Indian Orthopedic Association and Delhi Medical Association. Besides being a reputed orthopedist, he also frequently publishes papers in Indian Journal of Orthopedics.
